The Board of Directors consists of the founders of Abaco Pathfinders and community and government leaders. The Scholarship and Guidance Committee is responsible for the selection of suitable candidates and is made up of local community leaders and educational professionals. In addition to selection responsibilities, they also help to to prepare the successful candidate for life away from the Abacos and refine the skills necessary to succeed at institutes of higher education.
